Delicious Healthy Banana Choc Chip Muffins


2 Mashed Bananas

125 g Organic Butter

2 Eggs or ½ c Egg Whites (lightly beaten)

1 Vanilla Pod

1 c Spelt Flour

1 c Almond Meal

¼ c Coconut Sugar

¼ c Cocoa Nibs

1 tsp Cinnamon

Greased Muffin Tray

How to make Healthy Banana Choc Chip Muffins

  • Heat oven to 160 degrees
  • Melt butter and cool
  • Mix all wet ingredients together
  • In a separate bowl sift flour and mix in dry ingredients together
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Add to muffin trays and cook for 20 mins or until soft on the inside
