Energy Bars


1 1/4 c PB2 (already combined with water)

¾ c Honey

1 c Oats

1 c Desiccated Coconut

½ c Protein Powder

½ c Quinoa Flakes

½ c Almonds

¼ c Cocao

¼ c Milk Powder

2 Tabs Sunflower Seeds

2 Tabs LSA

How to make Energy Bars

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper
  • Press batter into the baking tray
  • Freeze for 1 hour then cut into pieces
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge
