How to make High Protein Low Fat Brownies
- Preheat a moderate oven and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
- Melt butter and 200g chocolate on a low heat in a bowl over water in a saucepan, continuous stiring until mixture has melted.
- Pour into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients in and mix into a batter.
- Pour into lined tin and bake for 40 mins, then cover with foil and bake for a further 20 mins or until cooked through. Enjoy!
