Ingredients

150g Organic Butter

200g 90% Organic Dark Chocolate

3 Organic Eggs, lightly beaten

1 Tabs Vanilla Essence

3/4 Cup Wholemeal Flour, sifted

1/2 Cup Organic Dark Choc Bits

1 Scoop Protein Powder

1 Tabs Cocao

1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream

How to makeĀ High Protein Low Fat Brownies

  • Preheat a moderate oven and line a square baking tin with baking paper.
  • Melt butter and 200g chocolate on a low heat in a bowl over water in a saucepan, continuous stiring until mixture has melted.
  • Pour into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients in and mix into a batter.
  • Pour into lined tin and bake for 40 mins, then cover with foil and bake for a further 20 mins or until cooked through. Enjoy!
