Ingredients

30g Oats

1/4c Low Fat Cottage Cheese

1 scoop Protein Powder

1/2c Egg Whites

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Cinnamon

How to make Breaky Pancakes

  • Mix all your ingredients together (apart from cinnamon)
  • Fry on a moderate temperature with a spray of coconut oil or in a non stick fry pan for 2 -3 mins each side or until cooked.
  • Sprinkle with the cinnamon. . . .
