How to make Alli’s Muesli Bars
- Line a tray with baking paper. Roast oats, almonds, coconut, pepitas and flaxseed over a medium heat in a non stick fry pan with a spray of olive oil and set aside.
- Heat coconut butter, vanilla essence and rice syrup over a medium heat until a liquid.
- Stir over the dry ingredients, add in the cinnamon and mix well.
- Spoon into tray and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into small squares and eat as a snack.
