For those who love to hit the gym and for those who hit the out door training have you ever questioned if the type of training your doing is for your body shape and getting the most out of your workouts?
Quality and specific training out ways quantity, and I have seen for many years as a Personal Trainer different body shapes and sizes and see a vast majority of people not training to their specific shape.
For example if your a tall person with long leavers may find it hard to build muscle and may look too lean or skinny. Those who are short have smaller levers which is easier to build muscle and may look stocky. You have your pair shape, apple and many more. There are general exercises to start the health and well being lifestyle, but once you have been doing a general training programme consistently for a period of time you then need to look at what type of training will suit your shape. This also goes for people who have trained for a while that don’t see the results they desire. . .
